NO Returns-Exchanges only
Exchanges
Merchandise can be exchanged that has been postmarked for return within 7 days of your delivery date OR before December 25, 2021, whichever comes first. No exchanges will be accepted after 12/25. Items for exchange must be received at our facility for review, prior to new items being delivered.
Eligible exchanges must be:
- unworn, unwashed and like new
- in its original packaging
- original tags/stickers still attached
Please note: Exchanges will be accepted, but only for the identical item ordered. The cost of exchanging the item(s) will be the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Order Change & Cancellation Requests
Our production facility is automated for processing orders as quickly as possible so any request to change or cancel an order must be received prior to entering production. Please email any order changes or cancellations to info@Christmas4theculture.com as soon as possible.
Please note: If the item has already entered into production we will not be able to honor your request.
